Canucks for Kids Fund

Vision, mission, values

The Canucks for Kids Fund dedicates resources to assist charities supporting children’s health and wellness, foster the development of grassroots hockey, and facilitate and encourage education in British Columbia.

Thanks to the generosity of our fans, donors, players, employees and sponsor partners, the Canucks for Kids Fund has granted more than $100 million to charities in British Columbia over the last 39 years.

Pillars of CFKF

Education

The CFKF supports educational initiatives for children and families in BC, including scholarships, classroom programs, and the Canucks Family Education Centre.

Grassroots Hockey

This pillar aims to develop and promote hockey at the youth level by providing resources and support for local hockey programs.

Health & Wellness

This pillar focuses on supporting charities and hospitals that provide life-saving care to children and families, such as Canucks Autism Network, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, and BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. It also includes programs that raise awareness and provide support for mental health, cancer, and autism.

Social Impact

This pillar encompasses a range of initiatives that address various social needs of children and families in British Columbia, often in partnership with other organizations.

Jake Milford Invitational

The annual Jake Milford Canucks Charity Invitational golf tournament is a full team event supporting the Canucks for Kids Fund and Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation.

Dice and Ice

Attended by the team, coaches, and management, Dice & Ice is the Canucks’ signature charitable event in support of the Canucks for Kids Fund. The 2025 Dice & Ice is now sold out!

CFKF Telethon

The Canucks for Kids Fund Telethon is a radio and television telethon with all proceeds going to Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, Canucks Autism Network and BC Children’s Hospital. We will celebrate the 35th year of the Canucks for Kids Fund Telethon on March 18, 2025.
